3D Steel Modeling
Our experienced detailers develop an accurate 3D steel model in accordance with project specifications, engineering requirements, and fabrication standards.

BIM Coordination
Effective BIM coordination identifies conflicts before they reach detailing, fabrication or site installation. By coordinating structural steel with architectural, structural and MEP requirements, potential issues affecting member alignment, connections, clearances and constructability can be resolved early, reducing rework and improving fabrication readiness.

2D Drawing Preparation
Using the approved 3D model, we prepare preliminary shop drawings, GA drawings, and other required documentation.

Preliminary drawings are issued for Engineer of Record and Architect of Record review.
